Between thirteen and nineteen, teenagers transition to young adults. This means a lot of the challenges they begin to face can shape how they look at themselves for the rest of their life. Our program is designed to help support a positive mental mindset through many challenges teenagers face.

This process takes time as we know there can be many influences on a teenager that affect their image of themselves. We take the time to truly understand what challenges are affecting your teenager and work with them to better understand them together.
Teenagers may or may not want help. Our goal is to help them see this as an avenue to release stress and worries in a safe environment. We strongly encourage that therapy for teenagers is not a sign of weakness but rather one of strength. It can be a proactive strategy that helps build positive mindsets from teenage years to adulthood.
You can schedule a 15-minute meeting with an in-take coordinator when you contact us. These meetings help build an initial idea of what help is needed. Then we assign the correct counselor to help with your unique situation. Each teenager we see gets a customized plan to help them with the things that affect them.
Our intake coordinators ask questions that help us understand where we can help. Once gathered, we determine if we are the right fit for your needs to ensure every client gets the personalized help they deserve.
