Specialties
I am interested in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and strive to help individuals identify and harness their inner strengths. I work with clients that include ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression and more. My theoretical orientation is an integrated approach rooted in Client-Centered Therapy, which respects the client as the expert in their own life,
What sessions with me look like:
For children/adolescents:
I create a client-centered space where children and adolescents are given choices in how they’d like to engage during sessions, helping them feel empowered and heard.
While they lead with their preferences, I provide gentle guidance to support emotional growth, self-expression, and the development of healthy coping skills.
For teens/adults:
I help teens and adults explore life’s challenges through the lens of growth—seeing each experience as either an opportunity to evolve or an obstacle to overcome. The power to choose lies within you.
My goal is for every session to leave you feeling more empowered, aligned with your values, and equipped to grow into the person you aspire to be.
My Credentials:
- Registered Mental Health counselor Intern and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida
- Master’s degree in Developmental Disabilities with concentrations in Early Childhood and Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University
- Master’s degree in Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.
